Mobile App Developer, React Native (Android & iOS)

As a React Native Engineer at our company, you will be leading the development of our new cross-platform mobile application focused on building secure and high-performance financial tools for our users. Your responsibilities will include: - **Own the Mobile Build**: You will architect, build, and deploy our core mobile application using React Native for both iOS and Android platforms. - **Work with AI/ML**: Collaborate with AI/ML and Backend teams to integrate intelligent features and real-time data visualizations into the mobile UI. - **Drive Performance**: Optimize application performance, memory usage, and cold-start times to ensure a native-like experience on all devices. - **End-to-End Delivery**: Manage the full mobile development lifecycle, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, version control, and app store deployment. - **Collaborate**: Work closely with product, design, and backend teams to ensure feature parity and a cohesive user experience across all platforms. - **Maintain Quality**: Write clean, well-tested, and reusable code following mobile development best practices. Our preferred tech stack includes React Native, Redux Toolkit, Redux Saga/Thunk, GraphQL, Jest, TypeScript, and more. However, experience with these technologies is not mandatory. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 2 years of professional mobile development experience with a focus on React Native. It is mandatory to have a proven track record of building and deploying production applications to the Google Play Store and/or Apple App Store. You should also have a deep understanding of mobile architecture patterns, performance optimization, and a startup mindset with strong communication skills.
