Role & responsibilities Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Prepare Payroll, Financials, MIS, including Balance Sheets, Income Statements and Cash Flow Statements and other statements. Manage Financial Audits and work with Internal Auditors and External Auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Calculation and filing on time Advance Tax, TDS, GST, ITC/ RoDTEP / export incentives and any other statutory compliances. Attention and follow up International Trade Regulations, Finance Principles, Risk Management and Accuracy in Trade Documentations . Prepare and manage finance products and instruments, including Letters of Credit, Guarantees, and Export Credit Insurance. Attend meeting with Statutory Officials to resolve the problems, if any. Preferred candidate profile Working exposure of International Trading /Manufacturing Industry and experience in Export Documentation. Good understanding on Finance, MIS reporting, Data analysis, Variance analysis, Budget, Forecast. Experience with Financial Management Software like Tally and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
