Role Description As a Sales Executive, you will be the face of the brand, connecting with potential members, understanding their fitness goals and guiding them toward the right membership plans. Your role is to deliver an inspiring first impression and ensure every client interaction reflects the Matrix spirit energy, motivation and excellence. Qualifications • Engage with walk-in clients and inbound inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, DMs). • Explain gym memberships, training programs, and recovery services effectively. • Follow up with leads and drive membership conversions. • Maintain accurate lead and client records. • Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and offers. • Ensure a professional and motivating atmosphere on the gym floor. • Support the management in meeting monthly sales goals and KPIs. Requirements • Graduate in business, marketing, or a related field. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi). • Confident, energetic and self-driven personality. • Strong people skills — ability to connect, persuade and close sales. • Passion for fitness, wellness and lifestyle industries. • Basic understanding of gym operations or willingness to learn. • Goal-oriented mindset and proactive attitude.
