Responsible for: Responsible for conceiving, developing, commissioning, and overseeing the entire fiction portfolio for Mazhavil Manorama. Oversee the entire creative process including script development, casting, production, and post-production. Identify, build, and maintain strong relationships with production houses, independent producers, writers, directors, and talent within the Malayalam industry. Lead, mentor, and inspire the internal fiction content team Meticulously track and analyze weekly BARC TV ratings Understanding of digital content trends and the interplay between television and OTT platforms
