Visited the place upon confirmation from Balaji for test drive on Nov 24th but there was no response post reaching the showroom nor responded to calls. Travelled 12 kms for utter worst experience and there was no regret for that from the showroom side. Better to visit some other mahindra showroom for better experience.

I purchased my car from this location, and the delivery experience was excellent. However, their service was disappointing. When I gave my car for general servicing, they failed to even clean the interior properly. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend them for servicing.

You can buy a vehicle here but not for a service. No professional ethics, No proper communication and the Service Advisors will use filthy languages and shout among themselves before us. Most terrifying experience with the service guys.
