ML Engineer/Senior Engineer/Lead

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our innovative team. You will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and deploying scalable ML models that power AI Agents revolutionizing the audit process. This role is ideal for someone who bridges the gap between data science theory and real-world engineering, and thrives in a cloud-native, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, monitor, and manage ML models in a cloud infrastructure ensuring high performance and availability.
• Implement robust model serving using tools like Tensor Flow Serving, Torch Serve, etc.
• Work closely with data scientists to transition experimental models into production-ready systems.
• Optimize models for scalability, performance, and resource efficiency.
• Design and maintain ETL pipelines for efficient data ingestion and transformation.
• Utilize SQL, Python, and Azure technologies for robust data workflows.
• Evaluate and improve existing models and ML infrastructure.,
• Apply the latest ML research, tools, and industry best practices.
• Implement ML lifecycle best practices, including:
• Version control, Testing, Monitoring Deployment pipelines using MLflow, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with product managers, UX/UI designers, and software engineers to embed ML models seamlessly into product features.
• Ensure AI-driven features enhance user experience and product value.
  

Key Skills

• 5+ years in machine learning engineering or similar role.
• Demonstrated success in deploying ML models in production environments.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with: Docker, Kubernetes, Azure ML or similar cloud ML platforms, MLflow and other ML lifecycle management tools, CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure Pipelines, GitHub Actions), Model serving frameworks (e.g., Tensor Flow Serving, TorchServe)
• Excellent problem-solving skills in complex, fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
