Responsibilities Assist in patient care and support medical staff in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. Perform basic medical procedures such as taking vital signs, administering injections, and conducting laboratory tests. Maintain patient records and documentation accurately and ensure confidentiality. Communicate effectively with patients to explain procedures and provide comfort. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree or diploma in Paramedical Science or relevant field. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is preferred. Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and healthcare staff. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly. Basic computer skills and familiarity with healthcare management software.
