Job Title: Mechanical Fitter A Mechanical Fitter is responsible for assembling, installing, maintaining, and repairing mechanical machinery and equipment. This role involves interpreting technical drawings, using hand and power tools, and ensuring that machinery operates efficiently and safely. Key Responsibilities: Assemble and fit mechanical components according to engineering drawings and specifications. Inspect, test, and troubleshoot machinery and mechanical systems. Maintain and repair mechanical equipment including pumps, valves, gearboxes, conveyors, and hydraulic systems. Use tools such as drills, grinders, and lathes for fabrication and repairs. Align and adjust machinery parts for optimal performance. Adhere to safety standards and perform risk assessments on equipment. Collaborate with engineers and other maintenance staff to resolve mechanical issues. Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation. Skills and Qualifications: Trade qualification or apprenticeship in mechanical fitting or relevant field. Proven experience as a mechanical fitter or in a similar mechanical maintenance role. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in using hand and power tools. Job Title: Production Manager – Corrugation, Printing & Packaging Location: Plot 33 & 36, Accheja, Dadri Greater Noida U.P -203207 Reporting To: Plant Head / Operations Head Department: Production Job Summary: The Production Manager will oversee daily operations of the corrugation manufacturing plant including board making, printing, die cutting, and packaging. Responsible for managing production teams, ensuring quality and safety standards, and achieving production targets with minimal downtime and optimal resource utilization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Production Planning & Execution Develop and implement production schedules as per sales and dispatch plans. Monitor machine utilization and coordinate across shifts for smooth workflow. Maintain minimum wastage and reduce idle time on machines like 5-ply, 3-ply corrugators, flexo printers, rotary/die-cutting, auto folder-gluer, etc. 2. Team Management Supervise and lead a team of supervisors, operators, and helpers. Assign responsibilities, monitor performance, and implement skill improvement initiatives. Maintain discipline and high morale on the shop floor. 3. Quality Assurance Coordinate with the Quality department to ensure in-process and final product quality. Ensure adherence to printing accuracy, board strength, and packaging standards. Identify and resolve quality issues immediately. 4. Maintenance Coordination Collaborate with the maintenance team for preventive and breakdown maintenance of all production equipment. Ensure minimum machine downtime and proper maintenance logs. 5. Safety & Compliance Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Conduct regular safety drills and ensure PPE usage. Ensure compliance with statutory and environmental regulations. 6. Reporting & Documentation Maintain daily production reports, machine logs, and rejection/wastage data. Analyze production KPIs like OEE, wastage %, shift efficiency, etc. Present performance reports to senior management regularly. Key Skills & Requirements: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering preferred. 7–10 years of experience in corrugation manufacturing or packaging industry. Strong knowledge of 3-ply/5-ply corrugation processes, flexo printing, die-cutting, gluing, stitching. Familiarity with lean manufacturing, 5S, and TPM will be an advantage. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems for production tracking.
