You are seeking a proactive and skilled Technical Support Engineer to join the team. In this role, you will ensure high availability, robust security, and optimal performance across our systems. You will provide expert technical support for software applications of our Mithi products and system integration, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and enhance system functionality. - Support and Troubleshooting: Provide technical support to Mithi products, diagnose system issues, and resolve performance bottlenecks. - Automation and Process Improvement: Develop and implement automation scripts and tools for system management, monitoring, and maintenance. - Incident and Ticket Triage: Monitor incoming support tickets, prioritize issues, and escalate as necessary. - Ticket Documentation and Knowledge Base: Maintain accurate documentation for tickets and contribute to the internal knowledge base. - Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, DevOps, and IT, to support business needs. - Onboarding Support: Provide guidance and mentorship to new associates. - Customer Interaction and Communication: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to address technical concerns and provide solutions. - Data Protection and Assurance: Adhere to data protection, confidentiality, and information security practices.
