Machine Operator: Job Responsibility: Operation of Machines according to the Standard Operating Procedures Conduct Regular Maintenance of the machines Maintain and Optimize the quality of production Maximize the production yield Requirements: 12th Pass/ITI/Diploma/Graduate with minimum 6 months industry experience Great Team Player with affinity for self-development and learning Comfortable with use of ERP and SAP Modules Comfortable with working in shifts Production Engineer: Job Responsibility: Production Planning and Scheduling. Man power planning and Training Ensure Production targets Reduce variability in manufacturing by providing standard work methods and work instructions Improve manufacturing efficiency by analysing and planning work flow, space requirements and equipment layout Comply with health and safety norms of the shop floor Identify opportunities to automated processes and maximize production yield Respond to break downs Undertake continuous training and development Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems Qualifications: Diploma/ Degree in Electronics Engineering with minimum 3 yrs experience in high mix manufacturing environment. Great Team Player with affinity for self-development and learning Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills Comfortable with use of ERP and SAP Modules Experience of FMEA, Kaizen and Poka Yoke techniques Quality Engineer: Job Responsibility: Ensure Compliance with ISO Standards Maintain, Update and Improve the Quality Management System Regularly Ensure implementation of Quality Assurance and Quality Control Procedures in the factory at all times Work with internal teams to increase customer satisfaction by improving the quality of all products Conduct Regular Trainings to create quality awareness and ascertain maximum production yields Conduct Internal Audits Conduct Regular supplier audits Reduce variability in manufacturing by providing standard work methods and work instructions Plan regular calibration and maintenance of all machines to avoid down times Qualifications: Degree in Engineering with minimum 2-3 yrs experience in high mix manufacturing environment. Great Team Player with affinity for self-development and learning Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills Comfortable with use of ERP and SAP Modules Experience in use of all proven tools for maintaining, tracking and enhancing the quality of products and processes.
