For making the financial services hassle free and serving members with dignity, the Mission has innovative model of cooperative banking where No One in the society should ever feel low for financial needs. Position : Vice President Banking & Financial Services The VP (B&FS) shall functionn as vertical head (Head of Department) for the banking & financial services division . Key Responsible Areas (KRA) Institutionalizing Banking & Financial Services of the Society in alignment with the operational modalities of the Society right from Panchayat / Ward - Block/ City -- District -- State and to Multistate as per Banking & Financial Policy of the Society by 1. Devising action plans and implementation thereof on mobilizing deposits in different shapes as per service products & schemes from each GP / Ward as primary unit(s). 2. Devising action plans and implementation thereof on offering lending as per policy of the Society in order to supplement the primary goal of the Society to bring smiles on the faces of people. 3. Reviewing schemes and policies and recommending necessary value additions, if and wherever, deemed so. 4. Endeavouring for making the banking & financial services of the Society user friendly leading towards economic empowerment of the members, thereby fascinating members to explore their maximum financial needs from the Society rather than from other financial institutions including banks and NBFCs, etc. 5. Strategising to make each of proposed 3500 primary units (Panchayats / Wards) ideal branches with exposure of Rs. 1.00 Crore or above on an average within 3 months of opening such units. 6. Establishing best practices of deposits, controls, lending, transparency and accountability as per working model of the Society. 7. Facilitating in establishing branches with saturation in Panchayats/ Wards; Blocks and Districts. 8. Anything else necessary to be done for meeting the above goals. Key Performance Indicators (KPI) 1. Deposit mobilization within first month of joining 2. Overall deposits and lending scale of the Society 3. Unit-wise deposit, lending, recovery & support scale 4. Periodicity wise deposit & lending scale cyst Expansion Goals for the Probation Period First Month Mobilising Deposits Mobilising Deposits and starting lending from existing branches Second Month Facilitating in opening District and block level Branches as per Business Association Model Third Month Facilitating in opening Panchayat / Ward -level Branches as per Business Association Model Fourth – Sixth Month Saturating the HP State in terms of Branches and maintaining volume in all respects Eligibility : The candidate should have experience of working in banking sector especially in Himachal Pradesh not below the rank of AGM - Any Former bankers may also apply.
