Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a CSR Partnerships professional. The CSR Partnerships role involves developing, managing, and nurturing partnerships with corporate clients to support our mission of spreading knowledge in the energy sector. Primary responsibilities include identifying potential partners, maintaining relationships, overseeing partnership agreements, and working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure successful partnership initiatives and outcomes. Qualifications Skills in Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Ability to enhance Customer Experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Background in the energy sector is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
