Role & responsibilities Collaborate with clients, architects, and internal teams to understand workspace requirements and design briefs. Create innovative interior concepts, 2D layouts, and 3D visualizations for coworking and managed office spaces. Select materials, finishes, furnishings, and color palettes in alignment with brand and budget. Prepare BOQs, presentations, and working drawings. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and procurement teams during project execution. Conduct site visits to ensure design adherence and timely completion. Stay updated with design trends, sustainability practices, and ergonomic innovations. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design or related field. 25 years of professional experience, preferably in commercial or workspace design. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Photoshop, and MS Office. Strong portfolio showcasing completed commercial interior projects. Excellent communication and project management skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
