We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our online marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing digital campaigns across multiple platforms to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth Key Responsibilities - Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, social media, display ads) - Plan and execute content strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube - Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager - Optimize website traffic, conversion rates, and customer acquisition funnels - Collaborate with designers, content creators, and sales teams to align messaging - Manage budgets and report on ROI and KPIs - Stay updated with the latest digital trends and tools Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field - 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role - Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing tools - Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.) - Excellent communication, project management, and creative thinking skills Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary Pay: ₹14,189.30 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Commuter assistance Internet reimbursement Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
