Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential B2B clients such as garment retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and private labels. Conduct regular market visits to generate leads and close sales. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Present product samples, negotiate terms, and finalize orders. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Gather market insights, customer feedback, and competitor intelligence. Coordinate with the production and logistics teams for timely order fulfillment. Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, and sales in CRM or reports. Requirements: Proven experience in B2B field sales, preferably in garments or textiles. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region. Basic understanding of fabrics, garment construction, and fashion trends (preferred). Minimum qualification: 12th pass; Graduation preferred.
