Job Title: RTA / MIS Executive
Experience: 1 year in RTA & MIS (BPO Sector)
Shift: Rotational shifts with weekly offs
Location: [Sector V-Kariwala Towers]
**Key Responsibilities:
> Prepare and analyze MIS reports using Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and advanced Excel functions
>Track and report attrition rate and shrinkage rate
> Manage and monitor manpower in real-time
>Coordinate with operations for workforce planning and scheduling
** Skills Required:
>Strong knowledge of basic and advanced Excel
>Experience in handling attrition and shrinkage metrics
>Ability to work in rotational shifts
> Good understanding of RTA & MIS processes in BPO
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
