Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive MIS Executive to join our Finance team. The candidate will be responsible for managing financial data, preparing reports, and supporting communication through emails and MIS systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, compile, and maintain financial data in spreadsheets and MIS tools
• Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports (such as expense reports, revenue tracking, cash flow summaries)
• Respond to internal and external emails promptly and professionally
• Support the finance team with reconciliation and basic accounting entries
• Maintain accurate records for audits and compliance purposes
• Coordinate with other departments for data collection and validation
• Assist in automation and streamlining of reporting processes
• Ensure confidentiality and data integrity in all reporting activities

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP's, pivot tables, formatting, etc.)
• Good command over written email communication
• Basic knowledge of accounting and financial processes
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
