MIS EXECUTIVE- (SAP,POWER BI,Advance excel)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive with strong expertise in SAP, Power BI, and Advanced Excel. The role involves managing business data, generating insightful reports, automating dashboards, and supporting decision-making through accurate and timely management information. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in data extraction, transformation, and visualization to drive performance tracking and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Management & Reporting
• Extract, clean, and consolidate data from SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, FI, PP, etc.) for regular and ad hoc reports.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and visual reports to track KPIs, trends, and performance metrics.
• Design and manage automated Excel reports using formulas, macros, pivot tables, and VBA scripting.
• Business Insights & Analysis
• Interpret data to provide actionable insights for management and operational teams.
• Identify gaps, variances, and trends to support business decisions and process improvements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Sales, Supply Chain) to understand reporting needs.
• Process Automation & Efficiency
• Streamline reporting processes by integrating SAP data with Power BI and Excel tools.
• Automate recurring data preparation and reporting tasks to improve turnaround time and accuracy.
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and security across reporting systems.
• System & Data Support
• Liaise with IT and SAP support teams to troubleshoot data or system issues.
• Participate in testing and implementation of new tools, systems, or process enhancements.
• Train and support end-users on using dashboards and reports effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
