MIS Executive – Quality & Production

We are looking for a skilled MIS Executive with a basic understanding of Quality processes in auto parts line manufacturing.

The candidate will be responsible for collecting, maintaining, analyzing, and reporting daily production, inspection, rejection, WIP, and dispatch data. This role will be part of the Quality Department but will require close coordination with Production, Store, and Management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Production & Quality Data Management

• Prepare and update daily production, rejection, and dispatch reports (line-wise, operator-wise, and part-wise).
• Collect data from in-process and final inspection points and update MIS formats accurately.
• Track Work-in-Process (WIP) at each stage and prepare reports showing material status in each process.
• Generate Daily / Weekly / Monthly MIS reports for management review.

2.System & Reporting Skills

• Prepare and maintain detailed MIS reports using advanced Excel tools such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX–MATCH, Conditional Formatting, and Data Validation.
• Develop interactive dashboards and summary reports for daily, weekly, and monthly Management Review Meetings, covering production, rejection trends, WIP status, and dispatch performance.
• Automate data consolidation and reporting using Excel formulas, macros, or Google App Scripts to reduce manual work and improve reporting accuracy.
• Continuously improve existing reporting formats, introduce tracking mechanisms, and ensure data accuracy and consistency across departments.
• Maintain shared Google Sheets / Excel systems for real-time data visibility and team coordination.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
