Job Description

Key responsibilities: Proactively interact with multiple internal/external stakeholders on a daily, weekly and monthly basis for requirements and support required Analyse data and reports from various sources and provide actionable insights and suggestions Responsible to generate, maintain, consolidate and track various reports Prepare Ad hoc reports based on the requirements from the stakeholders Identify the opportunities of automating the reports, snapshots and dashboards using advanced formulae, Macros, VB, SQL and other techniques Consolidate, sort, organize and summarize data using basic mathematical operations Evaluate current processes and procedures for the Payer and identify issues that cause rejections and denials Interpret data and metrics using charts, tables and other graphics in Microsoft Excel (primarily) and PowerPoint Skills Required: Graduate / Post graduate with minimum 1 year experience in the MIS operations. Expert in Microsoft Excel and its components. Should have working knowledge of Google Forms & Google Sheets Excellent Interpersonal & Presentation skills. Should be a self-starter, proactive & target oriented. Excellent Written and Verbal Communication and good at Documentation Should possess strong networking & relationship building skills. Added Advantage: Knowledge of SQL, Python, Macros & VBA.
