MIS Executive / Data Entry Operator

Role Overview: You will be responsible for learning and operating various software platforms related to company operations. Your main tasks will include providing remote/telephonic support to clients regarding device status and troubleshooting. It will be your duty to ensure that the devices/software solutions deployed for clients remain active and functional. Additionally, you will need to maintain accurate records of client details, project data, and internal reports using MS Excel. Organizing and managing digital files and client databases will also be part of your responsibilities. You will assist with general back-office and administrative functions, as well as create and edit documents in MS Word, requiring Hindi and English typing skills. Moreover, you will prepare reports, forms, and letters as per project or operational needs.
