Responsibilities: • Promote Mirae Pharmaceuticals products to doctors, HCP and hospitals. Provide clinical data and product information to support prescribing decisions. Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth at Mirae Pharmaceuticals. Stay updated on medical and pharmaceutical industry trends. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor strategies. Participate in training programs and sales meetings to enhance knowledge and skills. Visiting assigned HCPs and Pharmacy Stores on a daily basis. Scanning the environment in a given territory to understand and establish channels (Customers) for increasing the access to Mirae products. Position the brands by using the strategic inputs, promotional activities recommended by Marketing and based on market intelligence. Forecasting and Inventory Management at the distributor. Follow companys guidelines and SOPs for all internal and external business activities. Prepare and execute business plan which is aligned with territory performance and strategic objective of the company. Requirements: • Bachelors degree in Life Sciences or a related field. • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented. • Ability to work independently and remotely. • Willingness to travel occasionally to the HQ . • Good knowledge of pharmaceutical sales and marketing is an advantage.
