Translate campaign briefs into thumb-stopping social content that drives engagement and enhances brand visibility. Create templates and visual systems that can be reused for consistent brand output. Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts aligned with campaign goals. Ensure all designs are optimized for mobile-first, responsive viewing. Instagram Content Management Upload and schedule posts, Reels, and Stories on Instagram using Meta Business Suite, Later, or other scheduling tools. Add all relevant copy, hashtags, locations, and tags as per brief. Coordinate optimal posting times and ensure timely publishing based on the social calendar. Organize content in folders and maintain a well-documented archive of past posts. Monitor content post-publishing to ensure formatting and display are error-free. Brand Consistency & Quality Control Maintain consistency in tone, color, typography, and visual language across all platforms. Perform quality checks before publishing—proofreading captions, checking tags, ensuring link accuracy (where applicable), and verifying formatting. Role Description This is a contract and remote role for a Social Media Content Creator. The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing content across social media platforms. Daily tasks include creating engaging text, image, and video content, monitoring social media metrics, researching industry trends, analyzing audience behavior, and collaborating with the marketing team to align social media content with business goals. Uploading and scheduling posts, Reels, and Stories on Instagram using Meta Business Suite, Later, or other scheduling tools Qualifications Content creation skills including copywriting, photography, and video editing Experience in social media management and strategy development Ability to use social media platforms and tools effectively, such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn Knowledge of social media analytics and metrics tracking Excellent written and verbal communication skills Creativity and ability to develop engaging content Familiarity with the textile industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Key Skills & requirement · 1–3 years of experience in social media design, graphic design, or digital content creation. · Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) & Canva · Familiarity with Instagram’s creative formats, best practices, and content specs. · Working knowledge of scheduling tools like Meta Business Suite, Later, Planoly, or Buffer. · Strong attention to detail, especially in layout, composition, and content accuracy. · Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and follow structured content calendars. · Bonus: Basic video editing skills for Reels or motion graphics (Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects).
