Work from Home: Gujarat (candidates from Gujarat only) About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across various roles on a PAN India level. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process , including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Support HR initiatives related to hiring and employee engagement. Participate in training and continuous learning sessions. Requirements: Education: Graduate in any discipline (HR specialization preferred). Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong coordination and organizational abilities. Basic understanding of recruitment tools and job portals. Other: Must have access to a stable internet connection for remote work.
