Maintain quality and consistency aligned with modern content brands like GrowthX, Cleo Abram, Masterclass, Outlier, or Modern MBA Who you are: 1. A highly creative editor who's worked on Shorts/Reels/TikToks or YouTube videos 2. Obsessed with content that teaches, inspires, or challenges the status quo 3. Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or After Effects 4. Can work with clear scripts and add your own layer of flair and narrative flow 5. You care about story structure, visual clarity, and punchy pacing 6.
