You will be the Operations Support Supervisor dispatched to India, responsible for overseeing various operational aspects of store management. Your role will involve ensuring performance achievement, loss control, and compliance with company standards. Your responsibilities will include setting and adjusting store operation targets based on market performance goals, tracking and analyzing operational KPIs, and developing and optimizing store goods loss rate targets. You will also be coordinating new store openings, overseeing construction, logistics, and operational setup, and facilitating operational communication between the local Indian operations team and the Chinese headquarters team. Additionally, you will conduct regular store visits to inspect operational standards and performance, ensure adherence to company management standards and operational procedures, and assist in personnel management, training, and development for store teams. To qualify for this position, you should have a minimum of 2 years of management experience in retail operations, preferably with market expansion exposure. You should possess a passion for retail, a result-driven mindset, strong execution skills, and analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in both Chinese and English languages is required, along with adaptability to market changes and resilience under pressure. An expatriate deployment to India is mandatory for this role.,
