As a potential candidate for this role, you should have experience in Katalon Studio along with manual testing skills. Your analytical abilities will be essential, particularly in tasks such as database testing with in-depth knowledge of SQL, API testing (both Soap and REST), and proficiency in JMeter. In addition to the must-have skills, it would be beneficial if you possess automation skills, familiarity with Selenium, and experience in security testing. Your responsibilities in this role will include understanding business requirements, creating test plans and test cases, conducting end-to-end testing for various applications (web/API/desktop), generating execution reports, performing regression and smoke test executions, as well as raising QA concerns or questions related to business requirements.
