You will receive 100% qualified leads generated through MindStocs’ Meta (Facebook/Instagram) marketing campaigns. Your task is to contact those clients through WhatsApp or phone, explain our software-based financial products, and close the sale. Responsibilities: Contact leads received through company Meta campaigns (no cold calling). Communicate product value and investment options clearly. Build trust and maintain follow-up until conversion. Achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly sales targets. Report sales progress to the Team Leader or Manager. What We Provide: Verified and qualified leads from our marketing system. Complete product and sales training. Supportive team environment with growth to Team Leader level. Compensation: Fixed Salary: ₹7,000 (can increase to ₹14,000 after performance or 6 months). Incentives: ₹127.5 to ₹510 per sale (up to ₹50,000/month). Quarterly Bonus: 10% on total earned incentive.
