Senior Accountant : We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our team. In this pivotal role, you'll be the central hub, ensuring seamless communication and coordination between the sales team, the operations head, and our ERP software. You will be responsible for managing the invoicing process, ensuring GST compliance, and following up on receivables to maintain a healthy cash flow. Key Responsibilities: Invoicing: Generate, review, and issue accurate invoices in a timely manner using our ERP software, ensuring all billing details are correct. ERP Management: Act as the key user for our ERP system, ensuring data integrity for all sales and financial transactions. GST Compliance: Coordinate with our auditor's office to ensure all invoicing and financial records adhere to GST regulations and other statutory compliances. Accounts Receivables: Work closely with the operations head to follow up on outstanding payments, manage collections, and reconcile accounts to ensure timely cash flow. Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on invoicing, receivables, and compliance to management. Qualifications: Proven experience in a coordination, administrative, or accounting role Solid understanding of invoicing procedures, GST compliance, and accounts receivable management. Proficiency in using ERP software; experience with Tally or a similar system is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with multiple teams and external partners. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
