This role is for a creative professional who can design engaging digital content, edit videos for campaigns and workshops, and ensure that Mindei’s voice is expressed with clarity, warmth, and consistency across platforms. Key Responsibilities 1. Design & Visual Storytelling Create high-quality graphics, presentations, and marketing collaterals for programs, events, and campaigns. Ensure a consistent and professional brand identity across all materials. Translate complex concepts into simple, engaging visuals . 2. Video Editing & Production Edit short and long-form videos for workshops, webinars, social media, and brand campaigns. Add motion graphics, subtitles, and effects where required. Work with the team to capture stories from students, teachers, parents and partners in compelling formats. Support in curating and editing UGC (user-generated content) for campaigns and community storytelling 3. Collaboration & Content Support Work closely with the Head – Content & Community and program leads to align on creative needs. Support sales and marketing with design assets (pitch decks, brochures, case studies). Manage a content library of templates, brand elements, and design files. Qualifications & Skills Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma or equivalents). Video editing skills using tools like Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. Strong sense of aesthetics, typography, and visual storytelling. Ability to work with tight deadlines and multiple priorities. Creativity, adaptability, and openness to feedback. Interest or experience in UGC-style content creation and social-first formats Success Metrics (KPIs) Timeliness and quality of design deliverables. Engagement levels of video and graphic content. Location : Coimbatore (with flexibility for travel + virtual delivery) Experience : 2–4 years Compensation : Competitive (based on skills & experience) Purpose : To lead evidence-based, creative, and high-impact mental health programs across schools, colleges, and organizations. This role is ideal for a Clinical or Counselling Psychologist who can blend professional rigour with creativity, bringing together traditional counselling frameworks and expressive therapies (art, movement, mindfulness, narrative, or play). You’ll work closely with the Mindei team to conduct workshops, facilitate counselling, support data collection for research, and co-create tools that make preventive mental health accessible and measurable. Key Responsibilities 1. Workshops, Training & Program Delivery Facilitate in-person and virtual mental health workshops for students, educators, and parents. Deliver engaging, interactive sessions using experiential and expressive methods. Support training-of-trainers and teacher capacity-building programs. Adapt content for diverse age groups and settings (schools, colleges, workplaces). 2. Counselling & Preventive Interventions Provide individual/group counselling support where required Apply a preventive and strengths-based approach, integrating modalities such as art therapy, dance movement, mindfulness, and expressive arts. Maintain documentation and ethical standards in line with professional codes of conduct. 3. Research, Data Collection & Program Evaluation Assist in data collection and participant assessments for Mindei’s ongoing research studies (e.g., emotion regulation, well-being, preventive tools). Collaborate with psychologists and researchers to ensure data quality and ethical compliance. Contribute insights to improve intervention models, toolkits, and digital applications. 4. Content Development & Knowledge Sharing Co-create workshop modules, toolkits, and educational content for schools and parents. Contribute to training manuals, impact reports, and pilot study publications. Stay current with emerging global trends in youth mental health, SEL, and expressive therapies. Qualifications & Skills Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology or Counselling Psychology (mandatory). 2–4 years of relevant experience (school/college/community work preferred). Training in any alternative therapy modality (art, dance movement, expressive arts, etc.) is a strong plus. Excellent facilitation and communication skills; comfort with public speaking and group engagement. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect authentically with youth, educators, and parents. Interest in research, data-driven innovation, and program design. Success Metrics (KPIs) Number and quality of workshops delivered (feedback scores, engagement levels). Quality and completeness of data collection for research or program evaluation.
