Job Description : We are in search of an experienced and highly creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our visual identity and brand presence. Your expertise in design concepts, aesthetic sensibilities, and proficiency in industry-standard design software will be instrumental in delivering impactful and compelling designs. Duties & Responsibilities: Conceptualize and create innovative design solutions for a variety of mediums, including print, digital, and social media. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into visually engaging designs. Stay updated with design trends, techniques, and technologies to ensure our designs remain fresh and relevant. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards. Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistent application across all design materials. Minimum Qualifications: Experience : 3 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Graphic Design Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects. Expertise in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw, InDesign) In-depth understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design. Creative flair and an eye for detail, with the ability to think outside the box. Excellent communication skills to effectively present and explain design concepts to customers. Proven experience as a content creator, copywriter, social media manager, or similar role. Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills. Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software. Solid understanding of content marketing, SEO, and social media trends. Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Instagram Insights, Facebook Business Suite, etc.). Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment. A creative mindset with strong attention to detail. Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Visual Communication, or related field preferred.
