Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager located in Haridwar, with some work from home acceptable. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing and implementing growth strategies, conducting market research, and managing sales activities. Additional responsibilities include negotiating contracts, preparing proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications Strong skills in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Sales into Pharma Experience in Market Research and Growth Strategy Development Proven ability to negotiate contracts and prepare proposals Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a hybrid work environment Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Pharma field (nutraceuticals herbal or cosmetics ).
