Milton Panels is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our esteemed team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our premium range of surfaces, fostering strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. This role requires frequent traveling in the field regarding client meetings or other related tasks as and when need arises. Requirements : Proven success in a sales role within the surfaces, construction materials, or related industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Fluency in Local Language is highly desirable, allowing effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills and relationship-building with local clients and stakeholders Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite Knowledge of surfaces, laminates, or related furniture & interior industry materials Willingness to travel for client meetings or sales events Benefits : Competitive salary with commission-based incentives Opportunities for career growth and professional development A collaborative and innovative work environment
