About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations & Billing Executive to manage our day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate will handle billing, order tracking, customer follow-ups, and lead management while maintaining accurate product inventory online. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth business operations and excellent customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities 1. Billing & Documentation Create and manage customer bills, invoices, and receipts accurately. Maintain proper billing records and ensure timely updates in the system. 2. Lead Management Record and manage incoming leads from various sources (website, social media, phone calls, etc.). Ensure timely follow-up and conversion of leads into confirmed orders. Maintain a structured CRM or lead sheet for daily tracking and reporting. 3. Customer Follow-up Regularly follow up with customers regarding payments, order status, and service updates. Maintain customer relationship logs and ensure customer satisfaction. Handle basic queries and escalate issues to management when required. 4. Order & Delivery Tracking Monitor the status of orders from placement to delivery. Update customers with tracking details and handle order-related issues. 5. Product Inventory Management Update product inventory online (e.g., on the website, e-commerce portals, or internal systems). Manage product details such as price, stock, descriptions, and images. Coordinate with the production or procurement team for stock availability and alterations. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in operations, billing, or customer service (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply). Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic knowledge of billing software or CRM tools. Excellent communication and follow-up skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
