In this role at Capgemini, you will have the opportunity to validate data and application migration processes during system upgrades or platform transitions. Your responsibilities will include ensuring data integrity, functional accuracy, and performance compliance throughout the migration lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze migration requirements and prepare test plans and strategies. - Perform data validation and reconciliation between source and target systems. - Execute functional, integration, and regression testing for migrated applications. - Validate ETL processes, data mapping, and transformation logic. - Identify and document defects; collaborate with development teams for resolution. - Ensure compliance with migration timelines and quality standards. - Prepare test reports and provide sign-off for migration readiness. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in validating data and application migration processes. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Knowledge of ETL processes, data mapping, and transformation logic. - Ability to collaborate effectively with development teams. - Excellent communication skills. - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
