The Logistics Broker will be responsible for managing freight brokerage operations, facilitating communication between clients and carriers, ensuring exemplary customer service, and handling the complete account management process. The role involves negotiating contracts with carriers, tracking shipments, solving issues related to logistics, and maintaining up-to-date records of all brokerage activities. Qualifications Strong Freight Brokerage, Brokerage, and Account Management skills Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work on-site in Mohali district Proficiency in using logistics software and tools is advantageous Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field is preferred
