You will be based in Mifamed Medical Pvt Ltd., Ahmedabad which is a fully integrated support office in the Missionpharma Group. You will be responsible to: 1. DATA MANAGEMENT A. Process quotations: Upon receipt of client’s RFQ, execute the quotes in accordance with internal SOP and supportive tools. Data generation and management of the quotes in ERP. Take lead during collection of documents and samples when required in the tender / framework contract. Prepare the technical bid ready to be submitted. B. Process orders: Upon receipt of PO from the client, execute the order in accordance with internal SOP and supportive tools. Data generation and management of the orders in ERP. C. Reporting: Generation and management of precise and accurate reports related to the contract. Take necessary actions in case of any discrepancy is found in data or dates in the report. D. Inventory Management: Effective utilization of inventory by checking of physical and incoming stock during QT phase and SO phase. Management of reservation of stock of open sales orders. 2. INTERNAL COORDINATION A. Daily coordination with Sales Front office in DK on ongoing matters, RFQs and orders. B. Focal point between internal departments (Sales; Logistics; Quality; Purchase and Warehouse). Follow up closely when required. C. Conduct regular status meetings with cross department colleagues for smooth functioning of supply chain. 3. SUPPORTIVE RESPONSIBILITIES A. Actively contribute to updating SOPs and tools to constantly improve our efficiency. B. When necessary, execute specific additional tasks appointed to you by the SSA Manager. C. Actively participate in the SSA meetings with the SSA Manager and in the Segment meetings with the Segment Head. D. Live out the MP corporate values. Education: Degree / Masters in commerce or Business Administration. Degree in Pharmacy will be advantage. Work experience: · Minimum 4 years’ experience in trading or manufacturing companies as Sales Admin, Sales support or in Sales operations. · Experience of Tenders, Institutional business, RFQs or Framework contracts is an added advantage. · Experience from a multinational business environment (Europe, China, USA) is an added advantage. Professional competences required: · Ownership of your work area and able to handle assigned project until delivery of orders independently - including ability to identify priorities as per importance and deadlines especially under high workload · Impeccable data understanding, data analysis and data management · Eminent, clear, and precise communication skills in English– both orally and written · Positive attitude, dedicated towards work, well structured, disciplined and with a team spirit. · Ready to work under pressure, with short deadlines · Constructively critical mindset and capable in and comfortable with independent decision making IT skills: · Knowledge of MS office especially MS excel, and outlook is a must. · Proficiency in database, such as Oracle, SAP or Dynamics 365.
