Location: Baidyabati (Lalgate), Hooghly
Department: Remelt / Furnace Operations

Shift: A, B, C - (Rotational)

We are urgently hiring a Middle Man for our Remelt Department. This role is physically demanding and requires a strong work ethic, discipline, and the ability to operate safely in high-temperature furnace environments.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in molten metal handling and charge materials into the furnace
• Support furnace operators in daily smelting and pouring operations
• Maintain moulds, tools, and equipment used in the remelt process
• Handle crane operations, metal feeding, and movement of melt materials
• Ensure proper safety measures while working around high heat zones
• Keep workstation clean and follow all operational SOPs
• Report any process deviation or abnormal furnace conditions to supervisors

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Must be able to work in high-temperature environments
• Strong physical fitness and hard-working mindset
• Ability to follow instructions and work within a production team
• Qualification: Madhyamik / Higher Secondary / ITI (any trade)
• Must be comfortable with A, B, C rotational shifts
• Experience in metal or furnace operations (preferred but not mandatory)
