Middle Crossfunctional QA Tester

As a member of our team at Leading QA Provider, you will be part of a group of over 1000 specialists dedicated to offering end-to-end QA solutions. In this role, your responsibilities will include actively participating in release and QA activities planning, defining the scope of work, and prioritizing tasks independently. You will design, develop, maintain, and improve test cases and test plans according to specified requirements. Reporting test results and defects, analyzing and troubleshooting issues in the software, developing and maintaining automated tests, and configuring testing environments are essential aspects of this position. Additionally, you will be involved in designing and enhancing automation frameworks, analyzing test results, and participating in team meetings while adhering to established project workflows. To excel in this role, you should possess the capability to perform both automated and manual testing, along with a solid understanding of the software development life cycle and QA processes. Proficiency in QA processes and methodologies, test planning, test case management tools, bug tracking systems, and software development life cycle is crucial. Effective collaboration with product owners and developers, coupled with the ability to work independently, are key qualities we seek in candidates. Being self-motivated, quick to learn new technologies, and having strong communication skills are highly valued attributes. Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher, familiarity with the Agile software development lifecycle, and experience with testing tools such as TeamCity, Cucumber, WebdriverIO, as well as coding in JavaScript are essential requirements. A solid understanding of the Page Object Model, experience with REST API testing, and proficiency with Azure DevOps are also sought after. Ideal candidates for this position should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in test automation and functional testing, including practical experience in automation. The ability to work independently as the sole automation engineer on a project is a significant advantage.
