Middle Crossfunctional QA Engineer

Your responsibilities will include actively participating in release and QA activities planning, defining the scope of work, and independently prioritizing tasks. You will design, develop, maintain, and enhance test cases and test plans based on specified requirements. Reporting test results and defects, analyzing and troubleshooting software issues, developing and maintaining automated tests, analyzing test results, configuring testing environments, designing and improving automation frameworks, participating in team meetings, and following established project workflows are key aspects of the role. To qualify for this position, you must possess the capability to perform both automated and manual testing, understand the software development life cycle and QA processes, and have a perfect understanding of QA processes and methodologies. Collaboration with product owners and developers, as well as the ability to work independently, are essential. You should be self-motivated, quick to learn new technologies, have strong communication skills, and proficiency in English at B2 level or higher. Familiarity with the Agile software development lifecycle, testing tools such as TeamCity, Cucumber, WebdriverIO, experience coding in JavaScript, a solid understanding of the Page Object Model, experience with REST API testing, and proficiency with Azure DevOps are required. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in test automation and functional testing, including practical experience in automation. The ability to work independently as the sole automation engineer on a project is crucial.
