To excel in this role, you should possess expertise in space planning, architecture, and construction drawings, as well as comprehensive knowledge of interior design and FF&E. Your experience should include creating detailed construction drawings and a solid grasp of materials, finishes, and furniture selection. Additionally, you must be adept at collaborating with architects, contractors, and clients. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or equivalent tools is essential.
