Requirement: Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology or a related field Strong knowledge of MicrosoftPower Automate,Rewst,Powershell, and RPA tools Experience using Power BI to create reports and visualizations Understanding of APIs, JSON, REST, SOAP, webhooks, etc Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to think creatively about automation opportunities Strong communication and collaboration skills Nice to Have: Experience with IT service management tools such asConnectwise Knowledge of Python, C# or other programming languages
