We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) Functional Consultant with 0-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Dynamics 365 F&O modules and a proven track record of delivering successful implementations, customizations, and support. Key Responsibilities: Provide support and maintenance for existing Dynamics 365 systems. Collaborate with senior team members to customize and configure Dynamics 365 solutions according to business requirements. Perform data migration, system upgrades, and troubleshooting tasks. Participate in testing, documentation, and end-user training. Learn and keep up-to-date with the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 features and best practices. Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and recommend suitable Dynamics 365 solutions. Key Skills and Requirements: 0-4 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations . Expertise in Finance and Operations modules (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Inventory, Procurement, and Sales). Strong understanding of business processes in Finance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain. Proven experience in requirement gathering , gap analysis , and solution designing . Hands-on experience in customization , integration , and third-party tools . Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (preferred). Knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps, and other Microsoft ecosystem tools is a plus.
