Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Professional to design, customize, and implement CRM solutions that enhance business processes, customer engagement, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement), Power Platform, and CRM integrations with other enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and deploy Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service modules).
  • Gather and document business requirements, translating them into technical or functional CRM solutions.
  • Customize entities, forms, views, workflows, and business process flows.
  • Develop plugins, Power Automate flows, and custom integrations with other systems using APIs or Azure services.
  • Manage CRM security models, roles, and access controls.
  • Perform data migration, cleansing, and integration using tools like KingswaySoft, SSIS, or DataVerse.
  • Create dashboards, reports, and Power BI visualizations for CRM data insights.
  • Provide user training, support, and ongoing system maintenance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and project managers.
  • Stay up to date on new features and updates in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3–8 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Experience with JavaScript, C#, .NET, and Azure services for custom development.
  • Proficient in CRM customization, configuration, and workflows.
  • Knowledge of integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM) or higher certifications (MB-210, MB-220, MB-230).
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Online and on-premises environments.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Prior experience in migration from legacy CRM systems.
