Job Description

Important: Overall IT Experience - 10 Years AND Relevant in Dynamics CRM 5+ Years Work Mode: It's not a remote position. Candidate must be willing to work in Hybrid mode from Customer office Locations: Any 1 location Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Bangalore, OR Ahmedabad. Technical Skills D365 Platform Knowledge: (Mandatory) Thorough understanding of Dynamics 365 modules (Sales Module) Familiarity with D365 customization and configuration capabilities. System Administration: (Mandatory) User management, security roles, and permissions. Data management, including data import/export and data integrity practices. Technical Skills: (Good to have) SDLC Cycle System admin experience e.g. you should be aware of DLP policies, licenses, and capacity management. Experience in Azure DevOps and ALM tools, setting up CI/CD pipelines Leverage expertise in Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Licensing, and Capacity Management to meet client needs and deliver effective solutions. Support and enhance enterprise solutions using PowerPlatform tools and best practices. Collaborate with teams to design and implement PowerPlatform-based solutions tailored to client requirements. Quickly adapt and gain proficiency in DevOps CI/CD processes to contribute to seamless deployment workflows. Application Support Skillset Certified PowerPlatform Solution Architect. Strong experience in areas such as DLP, Licensing, and Capacity Management. Ability to rapidly upskill in DevOps CI/CD tools and practices. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to ensure alignment with client objectives. Excellent experience in providing production support of Microsoft power platform and D365 CRM / Sales modules based applications covering various aspects of ITSM processes Experience in setting up the Microsoft power platform and D365 CRM / Sales environments with integration to Azure Entra ID Experience of managing D365 CRM application in operations with handling tickets Support fellow engineers to provide guidance and support to resolve issues and encourage to adopt development/ automation best practices Excellent experience to provide production support of Microsoft power platform and D365 CRM / Sales modules based applications covering various aspects of ITSM processes Experience on setting up the Microsoft power platform and D365 CRM / Sales environments with integration to Azure Entra ID Experience on setting up CI/CD using Azure DevOps / ALM tools to promote solution on various environments Experience on System Admin of D365 and Power Platform components including environment management and secure SDLC best practice If this profile suites you, kindly send email to : hr@dynamisity.com #MicrosoftDynamics365 #MicrosoftDynamicsCRM #D365CRM #DynamicsJob #Hiring,
