Job Description

As a Software Developer specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365, your primary responsibility will be to design and develop software applications or systems based on project requirements using Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will be tasked with translating functional specifications into technical designs and implementing them using appropriate programming languages and frameworks. Additionally, you will customize Dynamics CRM entities, forms, plugins, workflows, and business rules to optimize functionality for various business processes. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential in this role. You will work closely with stakeholders, product managers, and designers to understand business requirements and user needs. By collaborating with these teams, you will ensure alignment and deliver software solutions that meet customer expectations. Providing ongoing support and maintenance for Dynamics 365 applications will also be part of your responsibilities, including monitoring and troubleshooting issues and implementing updates as needed. Conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback to improve code quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards is crucial. Participation in code reviews, addressing any issues with team members, and upholding code quality standards will be necessary. Additionally, you will be responsible for performing testing and debugging, including unit testing and integration testing of software modules to ensure functionality and reliability. Your expertise should include a strong knowledge of all areas of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, working knowledge of C#, .NET Framework, and JavaScript for custom development, experience with PowerApps, PCF, Power Automate, and the Power Platform, as well as knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, and cloud technologies. Experience with SQL Server, SSRS for reporting, web services, integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, familiarity with security and authentication standards like OAuth and Active Directory, and an understanding of D365 Field Service are also required. Moreover, you should possess problem-solving and analytical thinking skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues, troubleshoot problems effectively, and implement solutions. Basic understanding of Sharepoint and its integration with D365, experience with CRM SDK tools and XrmToolBox, as well as knowledge of Power Pages, are desirable qualifications for this role.,
