Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Agra for a Senior Sales Executive. The Senior Sales Executive will oversee building strong customer relationships, identifying potential clients, and achieving sales targets. Daily responsibilities include managing client accounts, creating sales plans, conducting market research, and providing recommendations based on customer needs. Additionally, the role demands active engagement in field sales operations to strengthen partnerships and expand the client base within the assigned territory. Qualifications Proficiency in Sales, Account Management, and Customer Relationship Building Strong knowledge of Market Research, Territory Management, and Business Development Effective Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation Skills Experience in Lead Generation and strategic planning for Sales Targets Ability to work in a field-based role and adapt to client needs quickly Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field preferred Previous experience in the agriculture or agrochemical industry is an advantage
