Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Senior Sales Executive role located in Agra. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining and growing existing customer relationships, and contributing to the overall revenue growth of the company. Day-to-day tasks include meeting sales targets, conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer support. The role will also involve collaborating with the sales team and management to develop strategic plans and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet and exceed targets
• Market analysis and research skills to identify new opportunities
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the agrochemical or related industries
• Ability to work independently in an on-site setting
• Proficiency with sales tools and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in team management and leadership is a plus
