7-10 year of IT experience 5-7 year of experience in design and implementation of Microfocus OO Recent experience in senior development lead role. At least 2 full cycle Microfocus projects Functional & Technical Design Ownership Review/Approval of all designs Review and validate the SOPs for the use cases from technical feasibility stand point Guidance/Tracking of Implementation Participate in Strategic planning/roadmap decisions/new initiatives Ensure the Technical deliveries happen on time Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile Perks and benefits
