Client of Cygnus Staffing Solutions, a Leading Nutraceutical Products Manufacturing Company, looking for Assistant Microbiologist Responsibilities: Planning & Preparation of culture Media as per SOP. Sample collection from respective process areas. Operation of equipment like Autoclave,Incubators,Ovens and Bio safety cabinet. MLT testing for Raw material,In-process and Finished product samples as per SOP. MLT for Potable water ,D.M water and Lab water as per SOP. Observation and interpretation of results. Daily updating of Log books,Reports. Perform Environmental air monitoring by settle plate method as per SOP. Perform swab test for Hand, Fabric and Process equipment as per SOP. Perform ATP testing for process equipment whenever requested by production. Good communication skills. Report every incident to the HOD in his absence. Ensure the lab cleanliness by coordinating with co-microbiologist and lab boy. Basic knowledge in MS-office.
